Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Finance Officer who is keen to help develop the school's finance processes, predominantly overseeing the school's Private Funds. This covers managing the financial aspects of all offsite activities and controlling all monies received.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good numeracy skills.
- Have familiarity with SIMS, FMS (this would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be given).
- Be IT literate and willing to learn.
- Have good common sense and a flexible approach to work.
- Be able to prioritise work during busy times.
- Hold a relevant accounting or finance qualification, or have relevant experience in school finance.
Grade F/WBC Spinal Point 11: £25,979 pa (pro-rata approximately £14,879 pa). Monday-Friday, 25 hours a week (times negotiable), term time only, plus two inset days, payable as additional hours. Required October 2024. Closing date: Friday 25 October 2024.
