Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a full time (36.25 hours per week) Finance Officer, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £30,680 - £33,769 per annum.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Income Team at CCHA. As Finance Officer (Services Charges) in the Income Team you will be part of a professional and customer focused team with responsibilities to provide an excellent service to customers, ensuring that service charges and supporting information are accurate, transparent and compliant.

Our Finance Officer (Service Charges) post is a varied role working with many different teams across the association to accurately calculate service charges, to provide clear and concise information to customers, to monitor expenditure against budgets and to provide specific advice on service charge matters.

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who can utilise their attention to detail, excellent accounting skills and good working knowledge of service charge practises to provide an excellent service., Disability Confident
