Full Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Project Support Coordinator to join our Global Managed Services Finance Team. The Finance Project team support the business by working closely with Project Managers, Developers, Operations and back-office Finance teams to efficiently deliver the finance workstream for projects such as Implementation of new customers, local and global expansions, customer exits, internal finance system improvements, process reviews, troubleshooting management and supporting the wider finance team as required,

  • Support finance project lead in the planning and delivery of projects ensuring timelines are met
  • Assist with the coordination of project activities, resources and deliverables
  • Organise meetings and record minutes ensuring key decision points and actions are accurately captured
  • Maintain project and process documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries
  • Liaise with project SMEs to follow up on outstanding actions
  • Support with the hyper care of delivered projects and process handover to the business
  • Appropriate escalation of issues that impact on completion of tasks within set timescales
  • Administrative tasks to support the Project lead and Finance teams as required

    Knowledge of project planning or experience working in a project support environment
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Proficiency in math and English
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders
  • Motivated and conscientious with desire to lead by example and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and confident working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to pick new systems up quickly
  • Fast learner with appetite for problem solving
  • Demonstrates understanding of when a decision can be made and when to involve others
