Full Job Description

We are now looking to recruit a Finance Systems Administrator to join our finance department on a full time basis (40 hours pw).,

  • Administration of the internal finance ERP systems (Access Dimensions and FocalPoint, Sage, Xero, Quickbooks) and the supported areas.

  • Tasks that relate to onboarding of new users or modules.

  • Supporting the Finance Team during peak periods

  • Other ad-hoc administration duties

    Whilst we are not looking for any specific qualifications for this role it is essential that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a finance systems or accounts department with a good level of numeracy and literacy.

  • Methodical and organised

  • Problem solving

  • To work to a high level of accuracy and with a keen eye for detail

  • High proficiency with IT systems with strong Excel skills

  • Able to work to regular deadlines and timetables

  • Prior experience of working with databases

  • Personable and confident

  • Ability to self-motivate

    £20,000 £27,000, depending on experience
