Finance Systems Replacement Project Manager (Change) - (Fixed Term)Reference: JULLocation: This role could be home based, or based from one of our reserves, or indeed hybrid. Salary: £38,389.00 - £41,212.00 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Contract: 2 years fixed-termBenefits: Pension, Life Assurance and Annual Leave

The role requires an experienced Senior Project Manager for the management of the change workstream of the Finance Systems Replacement project. They will preferably have experience of project managing major digital change project e.g. a finance system implementation in a different organisation.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Attention to detail and ability to understand financial systems

  • Demonstrable leadership ability, able to lead without line management authority

  • An ability to produce clear written communications.

  • An ability to persuade and influence a wide range of people, both internally and externally.

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Logical & methodical, analytical and a good eye for detail.

  • Proven time management and organisational skills.

  • Experience of leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Cost and budget management.

  • Project Management Qualification or appropriate training.


  • Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders such as agencies and contractors.

  • Demonstrable experience of developing and working in partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.

  • Experience of delivering complex projects.
