Full Job Description

As a Personal Assistant in our Finance division you will be required to provide support to the Director of Strategy, and the Director of Treasury as well as their wider teams.

Arranging internal and external meetings, including activities such as the co-ordination of diaries and invites, provision of agendas and organising the relevant facilities such as equipment, travel and catering requirements.

As you are going to be managing multiple diaries at ones, it is important that you are highly organised and are able to confidently work in a busy environment.

You will have worked in a similar role in the past and be able to prioritise different tasks and request that come through.

You will also need to have effective verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail.

Ability to exchange information at all levels, internally and externally, and represent YBS in a credible and professional manner is important as you will be dealing with stakeholders across the business and externally.

You must be able to use advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
