Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Partner to drive the successful delivery and adoption of change within our finance transformation programme. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll be responsible for understanding the change management needs of the business, creating strategies to maximise employee adoption while minimising resistance. You'll provide a programme-wide view of multiple change initiatives, managing the collective impact to ensure smooth transitions. With a focus on the people side of change, you'll play a crucial role in helping the organisation achieve its desired business outcomes, ensuring projects are embraced and successfully implemented., What will you be doing?

We are seeking a dynamic Change Management professional to lead and deliver business change strategies for our finance transformation programme. You'll be responsible for assessing change impacts, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring successful project transitions into operational use. With a focus on transition management and risk mitigation, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix and virtual environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

As a change leader, you'll develop team capabilities, manage contractors, and drive thought leadership within the Change community. You'll tailor communication to suit various audiences, ensuring successful project outcomes and colleague adoption. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, a Change Management qualification (e.g., PROSCI), and expertise in Agile methodologies. This role involves managing a team of 2, so previous management experience is preferred.The role also offers flexible working, with a mix of office and home-based work (3 days in the office).
