Full Job Description

Here at Nestlé, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a Financial Administrator, reporting into the Head of Finance for Nestle Health Science. This is an amazing opportunity where you will play an important role in supporting both the Nestle Health Science (NHSc) and Nestle Waters marketing teams in the management of PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure). The role is responsible for raising all marketing and cost centre Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipting all orders and for supporting Brand Managers and Senior Brand Managers with budget phasing and control., As a Financial Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising our two large businesses within our marketing function. Key duties will also include:

  • Drive successful PFME management
  • Lead the marketing team in accurate budget set up and monthly re-phasing
  • Raise and gain approval for all Purchase Requisitions in a timely manner, liaising with procurement as necessary
  • Goods receipt on time as projects are completed
  • Lead week 3 meetings to review and explain monthly PFME actuals vs forecast snapshot
  • Provide regular and adhoc PFME reporting, analysis and insight to NHSc and Waters leadership & marketing teams, We are committed to equal opportunity for all and we may collect relevant data for monitoring purposes during our candidate registration process. Be yourself, everyone else is taken!

    To be successful in this role you will have some finance / commercial experience already under your belt. You'll be self-sufficient and results focused with great analytical skills. You'll have an excellent eye for detail and understand how your decisions impact the wider business strategy.

Coupled with your ability to be flexible when prioritising work in an environment that is very often ambiguous and sometimes pressured.   • Have the ability to influence at senior levels both internally and externally
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience of internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels
  • Have experience in coordinating and participating in cross functional teams
