Excited to announce a key opportunity as a Financial Analyst within our organisation! This role involves providing expert financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance. Responsibilities include analysing complex financial data, developing detailed forecasts, and creating reports to guide decision-making processes.

As the Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Product, and Tech, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's financial health and growth. This is an instrumental role as part of relatively new team. This position reports directly to the Programme Office Lead.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Financial Analyst role

  • Excellent Excel modelling proficiency (constructing P&L models, performing scenario analysis, etc.)

  • Tangible experience with business proposals, including methods and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases

  • Excellent Excel proficiency and understanding of budget management, including the principles, methods, techniques and tools for the preparation and building of LRPs, budgets and re-forecast to minimise costs and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Experience in converting Excel analyses into PowerPoint slides and confident with presenting the findings back to senior/exec level
