Full Job Description
- Champion the Financial Control Framework Strategy and assist the company with adherence to the principles and requirements contained within the Framework
- Assist in the production, review and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure appropriate documents are in place within the department and wider organisation relating to the control and management of financial transactions in line with the Financial Control Framework
- Work with finance teams to ensure controls are embedded in new processes and system implementations & maintain the Financial Control Teams procedures and ensure they remain compliant and up to date
- Perform supplier/partner due diligence reviews, monitoring and reviewing the Company trade credit risk. Including credit ratings, sanction checks, statutory account review and provision commentary/analysis,
- Conduct monthly internal audits and test controls compliance within Finance, monitor and oversee the remediation of deficiencies identified
- Provide monthly MI on the Financial Control Framework to Team Leaders and the Finance Leadership Team
- Assist in the automation of controls within the department through efficient use of systems to enhance and continuously improve the design and effectiveness of controls, including efficiencies in documentation, assessment, and testing of controls
You will either be recently graduated, AAT qualified and/or a part qualified accountant studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications - Results driven with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, whilst working to tight deadlines

- Intermediate MS Office skills
