Full Job Description

As a Financial Controller, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Partnering the central functions within KGS to support ExCo's objectives and the Group's Long term Sustainable Growth Plan.
  • Providing the following for the consolidated KGS function: monthly management reporting; quarterly forecasts and business reviews; annual budgets; and half-year and year-end actuals.
  • Providing insightful reporting and analytics to management to allow decisions to be made and areas of concern to be identified.
  • Review of monthly management information and forecasts for individual central functions.
  • Preparing monthly Financial Reporting Pack to Group with analysis and narrative on the consolidated KGS function.

    Effective verbal and written communication skills with presentation experience.
  • A collaborative approach, able to work with/through others as part of a team and to mentor colleagues.
  • Capability to develop and manage high performing teams.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels including up to Board level.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of ERP end to end processes.
  • Capability of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel).
  • In depth knowledge of ERP software (Oracle in particular).
