Full Job Description
- Review risk alerts triggered by routine screening activities and by using your own initiative looking for unusual/suspicious behaviour.
- Risk assess customer accounts and document (where applicable).
- Communicate with customers in order to conduct a holistic investigation and recommendation
- Complete relevant customer screening using third party screening tools
- Apply your knowledge and expertise to provide a risk-based recommendation on a customer account
- Report suspicious activity in line with the SARs policy
- Contribute towards a positive and supportive working environment by sharing knowledge and expertise across the wider team
- Any other reasonable management request
