You'll also receive training that will prepare you to make an immediate impact when it matters most.
  • The program will introduce you to various areas of the business through a total of four rotations, each lasting six months. These rotations will cover multiple finance functions including, but not limited to, Supply Chain Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership, and Commercial Finance. Importantly, these rotations can be located in various parts of the EMEA region. You'll be sent on a short-term working contract to the country where the rotation is situated, with all housing costs covered, adding an international dimension to your professional development. You'll gain expertise in operational finance and core financial areas such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, cash flow management, and financial statements.
