Full Job Description
As a Financial Planner and Analyst to Digital leaders, you'll support e-commerce and Marketplace teams, App leaders, and Transport managers in their daily activities, enabling them to make the best decisions (weekly reporting, steering animation, training, annual budget, etc.). You'll then collaborate with various stakeholders (data, project management, legal, etc.) to ensure the profitability and sales growth of digital projects., Co-Building a long-term vision
- Identifying and understanding business challenges; proposing and creating solutions
- Helping the BU leader to build a long-term vision / a business plan of his strategy and work together to achieve the goal
- Influencing and driving strategic choices in the company / BU strategy
- Developing trusted relationships and having a multidimensional view of the business to pursue win-win solutions for sustainable value creation Animating Business ambitions
- Enlightening the business decision, by using real-time data, on the day-to-day business cases
- Aligning with the country's strategy, and ability to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions
- Providing user-friendly business information allows for analysis, understanding of performance and making optimised decisions in the short and medium term
- Develop and secure the Business Forecasting competence to the business team for analysis & understanding of performance and optimised decision-making
- Coordinating communication across FP&A teams and accounting teams in place to manage total demand and quality of work
- Playing an active role in risk management with your BU leader
A genuine enthusiasm for sports - 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in business planning, financial modelling, forecasting tools, and data analytics, with a solid understanding of economic ratios and corporate finance
- A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of customer service
- Energy, curiosity, and a drive to challenge the status quo, enabling you to understand and improve processes
- Familiarity with accounting principles, finance information systems, and business intelligence or data visualisation tools
