Financial Services Propositions Manager

The Financial Services Proposition Manager role is key to the development and performance of EE's hardware financing business, supporting the development and performance of EE Finance - EE's third party finance solution for Tech - as well as other Ways to Pay in the EE portfolio. The role will support the Financial Services Propositions Senior Manager on all aspects of the development and delivery of the Ways to Pay strategy, that is key to supporting EE's growth ambitions in new markets.,

• Supporting Financial Services Propositions Senior Manager to develop the Ways to Pay propositions and drive P&L delivery.


• Ensuring delivery of new propositions, optimising and enhancing existing propositions with a focus on customer experience and regulatory compliance across all channels.


• Managing cross functional teams to deliver change, including a wide range of internal and external partner stakeholders.


• Creating and using reporting and insight to drive continuous improvement across programme KPIs.


• Working with stakeholder to ensure effective and compliant Go to Market plans for specific Financial Services propositions ensuring plans are fully interlocked with Channels and Service.
  
  Knowledge and experience in Consumer Electronics proposition development- ideally within a Financial Services capacity.


• Experience delivering change in a regulated financial services environment, ideally in consumer lending or other consumer finance propositions.


• Excellent product management and proposition development skills with the ability to develop product oversight, governance optimize and drive product performance.


• Delivering change with excellent planning and execution skills ensuring stakeholder support throughout the change process.


• Ability to deliver change in a large and complex organisations working with a broad range of stakeholders including working with third party providers.


• Ability to think commercially and compliantly to define and develop customer focused financial propositions.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.
