A new opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Trainee to join East Sussex Healthcare Trust. We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and support our finance function. The trainee position will have the opportunity to undertake a rotational programme taking them through placements within the core Financial Services functions:
- Accountancy Services;
- Capital;
- Accounts Receivable;
- Treasury;
- Accounts Payable;
- Financial Reporting. The aim of the rotations is for the successful candidate to have the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and gain experience in all functions within a busy Financial Services environment.
The Financial Services Trainee will demonstrate a keen desire to learn new processes as well as articulate new ideas and improvements during their rotational training programme. The successful candidate will have the option to further their studies by undertaking their Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) exams, we are therefore interested in individuals who have the ambition to enter into the world of finance. Additionally, we are looking for someone who works well as part of a team and is good at forming strong relationships with their co-workers.
