We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established facilities maintenance provider specializing in high-end residential environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in prestigious properties, ensuring fire alarm systems are maintained, compliant, and functioning at their best.,

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems in high-end residential properties.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure systems comply with current safety standards and regulations.
  • Identify and repair faults in fire alarm systems efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of work completed and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Stay current with fire safety regulations and advancements in fire alarm technology.

    Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with various fire alarm brands and technologies.
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
