Fire Door Maintainer & Installer

The Fire Door Inspector/Maintainer will conduct fire door surveys, remedial works, and installations to the highest standard, following the BM Trada Q-Mark scheme. This role covers a variety of client properties throughout the designated region. Emphasising world-class building services maintenance, you will ensure that all fire door-related tasks are performed with precision and compliance. • Responsibility for Fire Door PPM, remedial repairs and installation works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded
• Provide accurate remedial quotations
• Occasionally assist with other carpentry/joinery works as instructed
• Ensure that all Fire Doors operates to specified performance criteria
• Provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
• Take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary
  
  Time served carpentry and joinery experience.
• Applicants who have served a recognised craft apprenticeship will be preferred
• Must be IT literate
• Full UK Driving License
• Significant experience in Fire Door Surveys, door maintenance and door set installations/Replacements
• Significant previous experience in providing PPM building services maintenance
