Full Job Description

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference, conducting essential fire safety risk assessments. Ideally you will be base in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent or Surrey. The role is paying up to £48,000 plus car allowance. We value innovation and collaboration, ensuring that you have the tools you need to succeed in this pivotal role. Requirements Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Conduct fire safety risk assessments in line with the latest regulations
  • Produce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards compliance
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
  • Stay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best available
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge

    A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
  • Registered with the IFSM, Tier 2 or similar competency scheme
  • At least 2 years experience within the fire industry
  • Experience with compartmentation and/or door inspections desirable but not essential as training will be given
  • Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments
  • Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills - the ability to engage and inform clients with ease
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset that helps you identify potential hazards swiftly
  • A valid driving license, as this role involves visiting various sites
