Marlowe Fire & Security, a leader in the fire and security industry, is seeking a dedicated Fire & Security Key Account Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing key client accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities for business growth. - Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact for all account-related matters.
- Analyze client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives and enhance our service offering.
- Ensure the successful delivery of our services and solutions, exceeding client expectations.
- Monitor account health and performance, providing reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to support contract negotiations and implementation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing accounts.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and services., We operate nationally, across all industries in both commercial and domestic sectors, delivering a fire and security solution that responds to our customers particular needs. - Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the Fire & Security sector.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full UK driving license is required.
