Full Job Description

As a Resiliency Team Lead in the Firmwide Resiliency Team, you will collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to build solutions that protect millions of people every day. You will gain exposure to all lines of business and work closely with senior executives, enhancing your problem-solving and leadership skills.,

  • Lead the establishment of an operating model for assessing resiliency vulnerabilities.
  • Provide direct support to senior leaders and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive project initiatives independently while collaborating with team members.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Produce and present high-quality presentations on project progress to senior leadership.
