Effective team management including planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet operational requirement
To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence
To assist with the new automation transfortmation on site by preparing the team with training and on going support with the new systems in place.
Work in collaboration with other departments and DHL sites to maximise efficiencies and best practice
