Full Job Description

  • Assisting the Fitness Operations Manager in the daily operation of our Fitness Suites.

  • Providing gym inductions, completing personal programmes, booking reviews to monitor progress and conducting fitness assessments.

  • Undertake regular maintenance and cleaning duties, report faults and ensure the fitness suite is safe, friendly and welcoming for our customers.

  • Learning good product knowledge on all the Wellness packages we offer.


  • A variety of working days and times are available with a mixture of early and late shifts 6:30-14:15 and 14:15-22:00 on Monday-Fridays and 8:30-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

    CV Life is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Instructor to join our ever growing and successful Lifestyles Health and Fitness Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fitness Instructor to work in modern, high tech fitness suites situated across our sports centres, including the brand new Technogym Biocircuit.

    Are you passionate about providing a high-quality enjoyable experience for all our customers? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills, can you build a rapport with our fitness suite members, keeping them motivated and keen to keep up their exercise regime?

    This is a unique opportunity to develop both personally and professionally in the Fitness Industry. Candidates must have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification as well as having a keen desire to learn new skills., Disability Confident
