Fixed Income Business Development Associate

Grade Level (for internal use),

• Support the Fixed Income Commercial team in day-to-day activities.


• Assist in the engagement of relevant stakeholders (Regulators, industry associations, banks, vendors, investors, etc.).


• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams across the wider business.


• Keep track of client engagement, pricing changes, and product enhancement initiatives.


• Actively monitor the evolving competitive landscape and market trends.


• Create and craft client and internal-facing presentations with key stakeholders.
  
  Strong capital markets knowledge (electronic trading and data).


• Active interest in fixed income markets and infrastructure.


• Good understanding of the primary market process.


• Ability to engage professionally with clients, regulators, and vendors.


• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Foreign language(s) would be beneficial.


• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Aha, JIRA, and Confluence.


• Experience in data analysis and visualization.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.
