Full Job Description

The post will predominantly be home-based with occasional work being carried out in the office.
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our forward thinking, innovative and highly regarded Medicines Optimisation Team as a maternity cover . You would be joining an established team in the delivery of a professional and comprehensive medicines management service to customers within local NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board.
The Medicines Optimisation Team provides pharmaceutical and prescribing advice to GP practices and Acute Trust providers in the local area. The team has a proven track record of success in supporting cost effective, safe and high quality medicines management., The main duties of the successful candidate will include providing secretarial/administration support and advice to the Medicines Optimisation Team. This includes attending meetings where the full secretariat support is required, taking minutes, and updating the action logs. The candidate will also support the two Place based teams (East Surrey and Guildford and Waverley) with any ad hoc requests. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the community pharmacy Locally Commissioned Services (LCS). The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
