Full Job Description

The Assistant to Sales & Operations is responsible for providing support to the Sales & Operations field team and the local London head office team. What you will be doing:

  • Being the interface between management and employees, as well as between head office and Operations managers
  • Organising and coordinating various activities for and with the Regional Manager for the UK & Ireland who will be your line manager
  • Providing support to operational staff: drafting and sending out communication, collating information, organising meetings and business travel, managing company car administration, providing assistance with various projects
  • Managing contracts with service providers for our Concessions network and the London head office
  • Maintaining directories and logs and communicating updates when necessary
  • Coordinating and dispatching new employees' equipment as well as returned equipment from leavers
  • Monitoring and managing UK & Ireland invoices in collaboration with the Finance department.

    At least 2 years experience as office admin or PA, preferably in the retail sector
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint must be min. intermediate level
  • You work well independently; you can confidently prioritise tasks and you work with a customer-orientated approach
  • Communication is your strength (verbal and written); you are extremely thorough and organised
  • You have good analytical skills and you are result orientated
