Full Job Description

The Transformation and Improvement Hub is uniquely positioned to enable, augment and accelerate the delivery of the Surrey Heartlands transformation, sustainability and integration priorities. The Hub -
made up of a team of experts in transformation and improvement - operates like an internal management consultancy resource; deploying expertise in an agile way in response to organisational
priorities. The Hub will:
1. augment and accelerate transformation, change and improvement priorities;
2. support adoption of sustainable change, using best practice methodologies;
3. shape and lead delivery by solving problems and encouraging improvement;
4. work across the system to drive a cultural change that embeds QI into daily practice., The Priority Programme Manager will play an integral role in this team by:
+ Developing positive working relationships with the executive and senior management teams and other key external stakeholders to support the development and delivery of priority system transformation programmes;
+ Leading high-profile programmes, involving strategic thinking, quality improvement, programme management and stakeholder engagement across partners including primary care, public health, secondary care, and local communities;
+ Adopting and adapting programme management best practice to optimally design, deliver and monitor programmes, including reporting on impact and benefits realisation.
