Full Job Description
The role of the Senior Programme Manager will be to support phase two of the delivery for the United Surrey Talent Strategy (UST). The UST was born from a clear recognition of the challenges facing Surrey's health and social care landscape. Skill shortages, recruitment difficulties, competition for the same workforce, delivering people interventions and patient services in silos and employee retention issues threatened the system's ability to deliver high-quality care. The overall goal of the programme is to develop a united Surrey workforce across health, social care and VCSE that is enabled, mobile, and skilled to serve patients and service users throughout fulfilling careers. The UST takes a multi-pronged approach to achieving its goal through these six main objectives/targets.
