Full Job Description

The Fleet Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the fleet manager with the administration of around 150 fleet vehicles, by using multiple management information systems (MIS), primarily JAMES. This role also assists with the monitoring and forecasting of timed maintenance events by consulting with maintainer sections and utilising MIS. They are also responsible for updating these MIS's and providing updates on fault reporting and rectifications timings., Assist with the upkeep of all ASMT vehicles held on JAMES MIS under Holding and Custodian.
- Monitoring the Daily Equipment Status for servicing maintenance.
- Liaison with ASMT Control for routine daily faults and servicing.
- Co-ordinating with ASMT Control, vehicles that require service, ensuring vehicles are available for servicing, leaving sufficient assets to meet daily ops.
- Co-ordinating vehicle servicing with GEF Control Staff, sending vehicle details on JAMES.
- Ensuring that a monthly 'Scheduling Maintenance Event Forecast' report is printed for the following month and sent to GEF Control.
- Assist with administration tasks when required.
