Full Job Description

We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to work full-time within the Fleet Department at Kingsmill. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, good administration, organisational and computer skills and enjoy working as part of a team. The job purpose is to support the I & C Operations/Municipal and Workshop. Geographical knowledge, automotive experience and confidence in your own abilities will be an advantage in this role but not essential. Principal Accountabilities

  • Complete the monthly vehicle taxation.
  • Process all PCN's (Penalty Charge Notices) and Notice of Intent to Prosecute Notices.
  • Process PCN appeals for the set locations and see these through to end.
  • Understand the O Licence and Transport Manager functions for compliance.
  • Raise PR's on the system.
  • Process and order fuel cards and review existing cards.
  • Process MOT payments and manage top up account
  • Process disposals, liaising with internal and external customers to end.
  • Add new vehicles to the Fleet Management System (Fleetwave).
  • Update Fleet Management System (Fleetwave) with all aspects of fleet, compliance certifications, vehicle movements etc.
  • Resolve queries from internal and external customers.
  • Update vehicle lists and movements.
  • Manage FTA vision vehicle locations.
  • Manage toll top up accounts with adding vehicles and payments.
  • Complete monthly compliance checks
  • Assist the Hire Desk and source vehicles.
  • Complete any other administration duties as required within the Fleet Department.
