Full Job Description

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for equipment and asset management? We are looking for an Equipment and Asset Manager to join our dynamic team!, We are in search of an experienced Equipment and Asset Manager to support our high-profile landscaping & ground maintenance contracts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing assets, ensuring all equipment meets technical specifications and requirements and is delivered to complete and meet contract requirements.,

  • Work closely with financial control, procurement, and safety teams to oversee the purchasing and control of vehicles and machinery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source and supply necessary equipment, focusing on asset functions.
  • Define procurement requirements and ensure the timely acquisition of technical equipment such as tractors and sweeper and small equipment through national agreements.
  • Ensure all purchased equipment meets technical specifications.

    Proven experience in mobile equipment and asset management, preferably in a multi-site environment. Experience within the Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Utility, Construction, Facilities Management or Agricultural sectors would be highly advantageous.
