Full Job Description

  • Take a leading role interpreting Salesforce pipeline data to align with fleet availability, highlighting any areas of risk.

  • Work closely with Shop Scheduling Team to advise on service and repair priorities in line with the Salesforce pipeline data.

  • Proactively and strategically locate fleet within UK&I locations (including storage locations) to meet upcoming demand in line with Salesforce pipeline data.

  • Co-ordinate off-hire activities to ensure fleet is strategically positioned in line with Salesforce pipeline data.

  • Communicate fleet availability data to Sales Teams on a weekly basis to allow for 'strategic selling'.

  • Work closely with Electrical Services departments on cable and distribution forecasting and proactive movements within UK&I locations.

  • Forecast and proactively locate ancillary equipment (hose, ducting, TC fittings) within UK&I locations.

  • Work closely with Central functions i.e Central Fleet Team and S&R functions in Fleet Availability planning.

    Experience working in a fast-paced reactive environment

  • electrical specification experience desirable

  • Planning experience desirable

  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and deadlines

  • Computer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

  • Understanding of business processes and high working standards and a drive for continuous improvement
