Full Job Description

Join South Staffordshire Plc as a Fleet Coordinator where you'll have the opportunity to manage your own accounts and coordinate
vehicle service plans.,

  • Ensure the fleeting of vehicles is undertaken in a timely manner to reduce additional rentals.

  • Keep fleet lists updated and accurate, including vehicle details, location, driver information, tracking data, and leasing

  • provider details.
  • Efficiently manage supplier network to control costs and minimise downtime.

  • Manage the procurement of new vehicles and vehicle kit outs.

  • Inform company car drivers prior to renewal of existing car based on current industry lead times.

  • Account Management for SSI Divisional companies and external customers, including budget management and relationship-building.

  • Coordinate vehicle service plan for timely maintenance and repairs, aligning with industry standards.

  • Provide effective reporting and management information on the TRACKER system, handle warranty claims, and offer administrative

  • support for the Fleet Service Department.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Group Divisions, dealerships, suppliers, manufacturers, and external

  • customers.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduled service, MOTs, and repair programs.

  • Oversee accident repairs to reduce costs and manage the de-fleet process for efficiency and cost control.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on TRANMAN daily.

    Experience within the Motor Industry is desirable.

  • Proven experience within a customer service environment both face to face and telephone

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, tailored to different audiences.

  • Attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.

  • Professional attitude and demeanour.
