Fleet Graduate Placement

Our two year rotational graduate programme in Culina Asset Management offers you the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of third party logistics asset management through a series of structured rotations. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, tackle real world logistics challenges, and contribute to impactful projects. This programme is designed to accelerate your professional growth, enhance your skill set, and provide you with a holistic understanding of fleet management from ordering of new vehicles to receipt and decommission, vehicle compliance including O licence procedure and audits, group insurance and our help desk support. Key Features

• Rotations - You will complete rotations across different areas of compliance, fleet management, helpdesk and insurance. This will allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our fleet operations and identify your areas of interest and expertise.
