Fleet Underwriter

Your role as a Fleet Underwriter will involve working with selected brokers to optimise profitable growth from these accounts. You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management and business development techniques. This applies to existing business within our agreed process and defined underwriting guidelines.

You will spend most of your time working with your broker panel identifying, discussing, negotiating and renewing existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

As the Fleet Underwriter you will be handling cases ranging from £10,000 - £250,000 premium.

To be successful in your role, you will ideally have experience within Fleet Insurance with either an insurance company background or a broking background. However, we will consider applications from candidates who have worked in personal lines motor underwriting.
