- Conducting market searches and producing reports
- Managing your projects with agency and Corporate teams
- Overseeing fee management, including tracking, reporting, and billing
- Assisting with viewings and creating viewing schedules
- Representing the Flex team in meetings
- Contributing to marketing initiatives and creating materials
- Developing business through repeat clients and new leads
- Conducting market research on landlords, operators, and market dynamics
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Flex providers
