Full Job Description

  • There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting customers with housing benefit claims to organising Residents Meetings.

  • Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you'll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.

  • You'll also work with the team on ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.

  • Rest assured that wherever you will be working, we will support you all the way!

  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00 pm.

  • We're looking for you to work across our Bedfordshire services which include our services in Luton, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard.

  • Able to use technology for monitoring and updating our customer rent accounts, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues.

  • You'll need and Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.

    Enjoyment working with a range of customers and different people to support with their housing.

  • Flexibility to work at short notice, as you'll be the one picking your next shift.

  • You're a real people person, confident to work in different services or locations or teams and get on with colleagues.

  • Ideally you've worked in a supported housing, or housing related background and you must bring your positive, can-do attitude!

  • Some know-how of re-letting rooms, collecting rents and knowledge of tenancies.

  • The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds., Disability Confident

  • We're a living wage employer. That means you're paid a fair hourly rate for every hour that you work.

  • This is a job with weekly pay and you'll be paid 1 week in arrears from when you worked.
