Floating Support Worker

Barnardo's Futures has been delivering services in Leeds for over 30 years, the service provides Floating Support, Supported Lodgings and Nightstop emergency accommodation.

We are looking for a bank of as and when Project Workers to join a small team that supports Care Experienced Young People age 18-25 within supported living accommodation.

You will be based in Leeds and will provide advice and support across a wide range of issues, such as accessing key services; housing, welfare benefits, health, education and employment, as well as emotional and well being support.

You will work closely with partner agencies including Social Care, Housing Providers, Job Centre and other main stream providers. Please also see the additional information for further detail regarding the role.
