Full Job Description

Your key responsibilities as the Floor Duty Manager will consist of:

  • Ensure all function rooms and events are set up prior to service time
  • Ensure constant replenishment of buffets throughout service
  • Ensure attractive presentation of food throughout service
  • Ensure the front of house team are fully briefed on the daily operations and requirements
  • Ensure the smooth running of all morning and evening services as required
  • Ensure all hospitality areas are clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure that all policies, procedural requirements and legislation of both client and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
  • Ensure that administration is maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis
  • Ensure all time schedules are achieved when required
  • To assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene and safety records
  • To carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management

    The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Floor Duty Manager include:
  • Proven experience of successfully managing a team
  • Proactive with a 'can do' attitude
  • Contract Catering experience desirable
