Floor Layer

Vinyl Floor Layer required to start on an adaptations/kitchen and bathroom scheme in and around the Mansfield area. Our client has around 150 wetrooms to install in the New Year and this number could grow considerably. Starting in the New Year. The Client Our client is a large award winning social housing main contractor based who operates around Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, North West and the Midlands specialising planned works, re-roofing, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms schemes on behalf of various councils and housing associations. Job Role This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:

• Laying vinyl floors in wet rooms and bathrooms, capped and coved in a mixture of tenanted and void properties
  
  Demonstrate substantial recent relevant experience in Repairs and Maintenance
• Experience of working in domestic properties
• Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
• Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs, CSCS card
• Previous experience as a Floor Layer
• Social housing Experience
• Transport
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
  
  The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £23 per hour Umbrella/CIS. There is on street parking available.
This position is for 3-6 weeks work but could be extended.
