Floor Layer

This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:

• Laying vinyl floors in wet rooms and bathrooms, capped and coved in a mixture of tenanted and void properties
  
  Demonstrate substantial recent relevant experience in Repairs and Maintenance
• Experience of working in domestic properties
• Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
• Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs, CSCS card (Preferred)
• Previous experience as a Floor Layer
• Social housing Experience
• Transport
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
  
  Our client is a large award winning social housing main contractor based in Nottingham, who operates around Nottinghamshire, specialising in planned works, re-roofing, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms schemes on behalf of various councils and housing associations.
  
  The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £23 per hour Umbrella/CIS. There is on street parking available.
This role will require a successful candidate to travel to Doncaster and Leicester on some occasions, mileage will be paid when travelling to those locations.. This position is for 6-12 months.
