  • We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Floor Supervisor - Berners Tavern Restaurant to join the team at The London EDITION hotel. As a Floor Supervisor in the Berners Tavern Restaurant you will:
  • Thrive off a busy service
  • Overseeing of a section in the restaurant: taking orders, making recommendations and processing payments
  • Lead the Head Waiter/ress, Chef de Rang and Commis Waiters
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of food, drink, and allergens
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs,
  • Communicate clearly with management and the kitchen
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
  • Implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety
  • Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience

    Has restaurant experience preferably in fine - dining
