FM Assistant (Domestic Service)

Unlike acute hospital services, Community Health Services, mental health and learning disability services are mainly provided in community settings with defined geographical localities. As a result we operate from various locations across Bedfordshire, Essex and Suffolk. The Estates & Facilities Department is responsible for delivering high quality and cost effective Estates and Facilities management services across Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will support the management of The Trust in Luton.

You must be aware of the important part you play in maintaining the environment to an excellent standard. You must also be aware that your work will involve working alongside patients and occasionally interacting with them as you carry out your duties outlined below. You will be working as part of the Facilities Team and are expected to have a flexible approach to your duties. You will be working as a valued member of the Estates & Facilities Management Team. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills as well as having a flexible attitude, please also see job description for competencies. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join an existing Estates & Facilities team to deliver Soft FM disciplines (Cleaning).
