Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to develop your administration and business support skills within a fast-paced Facilities Management (FM) team? We are seeking an enthusiastic Facilities management and Compliance coordinator to provide administration support and front-of-house assistance to the team. This is a Full Time, 12 month fixed term opportunity, the role will be primarily based at Exchange House in Newport, with regular weekly travel to our offices in Swansea and Cardiff., As the Facilities Management and compliance coordinator, you will play a crucial role within the FM team, providing support in various areas. Your responsibilities will include dealing with contractors, undertaking building checks managing keys control for Pobl Properties. Additionally, you will assist in managing contracts under the FM team's remit. You will also provide support for Compliance areas managed by the FM team uploading data to and proving information to colleagues on the FM team. We are looking for someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team. As the FM and compliance coordinator, you should be able to manage your own workload effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential, as you will interact with colleagues, customers, and contractors on a regular basis. First and foremost, you should have experience in a administrative role. Additionally, experience of delivering Excellent customer service is highly valued, as it demonstrates your ability to interact effectively and provide exceptional service. Flexibility and adaptability are essential traits, as you will encounter diverse situations and the role is for someone who enjoys variety. The role also demands the ability to maintain professionalism in a busy and sometimes stressful environment, while remaining motivated as requirements and priorities change. Finally, proficiency in office software, Word, Excel, and Outlook (email and calendars), is crucial to efficiently manage administrative tasks and communications.
- £25,468 for a for a 37 hour full time, 12 months temporary position.
- 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service
- Based at Exchange House with regular travel to Pobl House and other Pobl offices. Days are predominately worked Monday to Friday.
