Full Job Description
- You'll be the face of the technical services team, acting as the first point of contact for maintenance and service requests.
- You'll keep operations organised, planning and scheduling maintenance works across the corporate building.
- You'll make a great impression as you respond professionally and promptly to clients and vendors queries.
- You'll manage work orders through to completion, utilising our CAFM software systems.
- You'll be the go to for data as you store and manage information for monthly reporting.
Proven experience in the administration of reactive and planned maintenance works. - Prior knowledge and skills utilising CAFM applications, managing and raising purchase orders and experience with workflows, would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a helpdesk environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
