  • Issue consumables from the stores (such as Pipettes, Glass jars), carry out waste collections from the laboratories of cardboard, chemicals, clinical and general waste.
  • Support on site events, setting up rooms and assisting with setting up hospitality when required
  • Carry out contract administration
  • Liaise with contractors and engineers to ensure jobs are completed
  • Organise requests for materials
  • Manage the financial recording process for purchase orders, submissions and invoicing
  • Administration of planned, reactive and project work records
  • Ensure all records are up to date on Sharepoint (IT)
  • Other administration duties

    Must be organised and structured
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good communication skills
