Full Job Description

The role is responsible for delivering exceptional results through exceptional experience and service for all customers. The role covers call centre administration duties and taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email. As well as acting as the first point of contact for all customers coming to the the Hair and Beauty Salon reception and ensuring they are made to feel welcomed.

The Front of House and Reservations Assistant is responsible for booking customers into the Hair and Beauty Salon as well as processing of transactions and deposits through tills.

You'll be proficient in appointment management with an ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy. You'll have a minimum 12 months experience in a like for like establishment (Spa, Salon, Health Club, Medi-Spa, Aesthetic Clinic).

You will also have:

The highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.

Industry knowledge to compare and advise clients on the correct treatments.

Excellent standard of written and spoken English with full understanding of Hair & Beauty terminology.

Excellent client rapport.

The ability to develop good professional relationships with the service providers, effectively managing their diary and to liaise with them directly.
