The Role: As a Front of House Team Member at Carluccio's, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Greet and Seat: Welcome guests with a warm smile, manage reservations, and ensure every guest is comfortably seated and ready to enjoy their meal.


• Deliver Exceptional Service: Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure that every dish is served with a touch of Italian hospitality.


• Create Memorable Experiences: Engage with guests to make their visit special, whether they're regulars or first-time visitors.


• Work as a Team: Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.


• Handle Payments: Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless end to every guest's meal.


• Maintain Ambiance: Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and set up for success, creating a welcoming environment for all.

Our retail products are an important part of our business and give our team member a varied skill set and knowledge base.

Management Roles

We're always looking for supervisors and managers to join the team. Our managers are responsible for making sure the restaurant is looking its best at all times, to help develop and coach the team while ensuring the restaurant is safe and clean. As a General Manager you would be responsible for making the restaurant a success, building a happy team and delivering great service and food
