    • Your day-to-day:
  • To prepare the bar ready for an exceptional guest experience

  • To serve beverages with a warm and welcoming smile in quantities as per licensing regulations and company policy

  • To take payment for all drinks and ancillary items and issue a receipt

  • To maintain high standards in our restaurant at all times

  • To serve food to tables in a timely manner
