In this vital position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Food and Beverage divisions, assisting multiple outlets in their operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining the high standards that Four Seasons is renowned for. Your expertise will help drive service excellence and guest satisfaction across our various dining venues.,

• Assist in managing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service.
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in staff training, development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create and implement exciting menus that enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards while adhering to all local laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.
• Monitor inventory and control costs, helping to maximize profitability for the department.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating and leading team members to deliver their best.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team.


• £37,000 package which includes Hotel service charge, and salary.
